Welcome to LoCascio's Hair Salon.

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at the salon. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability.
For first-time clients, we may require a consultation to assess your hair type and discuss your desired service.

2. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
For no-shows, the full-service fee will be charged.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate other clients.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service without a cost reduction.

4. Payment

We accept payments via cash, credit cards, and debit cards. All payments are due at the time of service completion.
Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any price changes before their appointment.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days, and we will do our best to address your concerns and offer a complimentary adjustment.
Products purchased from the salon can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

6. Safety and Health

The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect their service.

7. Personal Belongings

LoCascio's Hair Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We recommend keeping your valuables with you at all times.

8. Children and Pets

For safety reasons, children are welcome in the salon only if they receive services. We kindly ask that pets be left at home, except for service animals.
An adult must accompany children under 16.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking will be used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

LoCascio's Hair Salon reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions anytime. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
